The Little Prince: June 29-30 2018
An enchanting tale of Antoine de Saint-Exupery as a struggling author living in Paris. When his wife Consuelo urges him to continue writing, he begins with the story of an Aviator stranded in the desert after a plane crash. The Aviator awakens to the "Little Prince" asking him to draw him a sheep. Over the course of eight days stranded in the desert, while the Aviator attempts to repair his plane, the Little Prince recounts the story of his life. This story includes characters like The Rose, Baobab Trees, Stars and Sunsets, a beautiful Queen, a Vain Man, a Drunkard and Flapper Girls, a Businessman, Geographer and Lamplighter, Earth Dancers, the Snake and the Fox, and a Lonely Flower with Rosebuds. It was brought to life by nearly 40 youth dancers under the direction of Angelica South.
